What I’m about to share with you was given to me by a rather odd woman who sat next to me on a flight when I was 19 years old. Over the course of a 50 minute flight, she convinced me that it was my path to meditate. Interesting flight…
She also gave me a powerful set of tools that would take me another few years to muster the courage to try. That’s right…. when I was younger I didn’t even have the courage to try to be still.
You made it to Day 4 because you have an insatiable curiosity and hunger to experience “true” silence. That’s where all the magic and creativity comes from.
