Kristoffer Carter (“KC”) is a Coach for founders and executives, and meditation teacher for organizations. He is also the founder of This Epic Life, and creator of the Full-Life Integration™ Framework.

As a workshop leader, he has delivered conscious leadership programs for AT&T, Butler University Executive Education, Avery-Dennison, Good Life Project™, Litera Microsystems, and National Interstate Insurance. KC’s 30-Day Meditation Challenge has helped create a non-negotiable meditation habit for thousands around the globe.
