The Pause. Little did I know what an impact that experiment would have!
With all of the uncertainty and straight-up volatility of our current world affairs,
I can’t think of a better time to resume our practice.
The Pause provides a weekly 30-min refuge in our chaotic world.
We pursue 1-ness: unbound by dogma, or political drama.
Compassion. Limitless Self-Improvement. Humility. Community. Service

WHY THIS MATTERS. DEEPLY.
I spent so many lonely years meditating solo, that it’s been an adjustment leading groups while still getting what I need out of the practice. As a yogi, all I care about is giving as many people possible access to their own reserves of levity, and light.
As a guy who grew up in ’80’s Midwest suburbia, I’m determined to make meditation fun, and accessible. 🙂
I’ve had the privilege of leading powerful guided group meditations over the last few years, in my local community, as well as with the Good Life Project™. There is something wildly powerful about gathering people together for the sole purpose of hitting the pause button.
It has been exciting to watch so many students and receptive participants meditating every day since! Former C-level execs, yogini’s who hadn’t managed to create a sustainable sitting practice, world travelers, business people etc… To create a lasting meditation habit, sign-up for my Free 30-day Meditation Challenge.
My goal with all guided meditations, is to have an experience and share that collective experience with one another.
