Ready to kick off your meditation journey?!?!?!?!
Here are some (simple) entry points:
1 | download the meditation overview and introductory process .pdf here
2 | watch the 7-minute intro video below!
Please leave a comment with any specific questions and/or challenges! I’ll do my best to respond. THANKS. -kc
Every once in a while I get requests from multiple areas of my life for specific types of information. This week it centered around my meditation methods and advice on cultivating a regular practice.
Early this morning I decided I’d just capture a quick 7-min video response to these inquiries as well as some SIMPLE and ACTIONABLE steps toward making this part of your (epic) life.
Building my own daily meditation practice over the last 8 years, I’ve come to recognize soul-connection as our primary, fundamental obligation to the world around us. Once our connection is in place, everything else (vitality, family, art, work, etc) benefits exponentially.
Yeeeeeah, it is THAT important.
May this be a quick intro (or reminder) of how simple and powerful this journey can be.

Crazy useful. The music alone was so like zen-transformative. I'm so ready to do. the. work.
Awesome Jennifer, thanks for checking it out and I hope you DO find it useful. My inner Type AAAAAA Virgo wanted to go back and edit, re-script, rehearse, edit some more after about 50 takes, etc…
However for this topic, Take 1 will do. Looking forward to exploring this topic more thoroughly as the tribe grows.
Much love, you da bomb.

Really helpful Kris. I love the imagery of the IMAX – it's a total sensory place so it works for me because meditation becomes totally sensory and often works best for me if I add my aromatherapy juju to the whole scene, too.
Keep it coming – I'm slurping it up! And GREAT THANKS!
Love how hungry you are for the knowledge right now Linda. You're wide open to everything, which is really huge. If there are any specific things you'd like me to work through here I'm always happy to do so.
All of this stuff has benefited me in innumerable ways, and honestly it feels like the most important work we can do.
And I NEED to work on it daily, twice daily as necessary.
Here to help. Psyched that you check in here. Much love.

Watched the video with Jonathan and the man who wrote Habit (AWESOME and CHECK). Bought Uncertainty (CHECK). Now watching this vid (CHECKITY CHECK). Then headed to bed before midnight (woohoo!) so I can do something in the morning before my fave yoga class. THANK YOU.
Hey Kristoffer; great content and timely, as I fell of the wagon last weekend at WDS, practice-wise (mine is Kundalini yoga and meditation)! I'm such a creature of routine and find it difficult to maintain those things when I'm on the road. Not quite sure why? But it's definitely something for me to explore.
Great meeting you there in Portland and good luck with your podcast and your work going forward. Let me know if you ever need anything from this end. Oh, and since your'e a kriya practitioner, you should definitely check out Eric Klein's amazing work at Wisdom Heart.

Hey Greg! Really dug your class at WDS, thanks a lot for all the resources and great info. I can tell you did a lot of prep. Great stuff. Thanks for the reminder on Eric Klein's site. I went there today on your recommendation and subscribed. His intro video is pretty incredible. Seems like a very dialed gent.
Would really love to stay in touch with you and meet up sometime when I'm on the West Coast. I'll be coming there at some point this year for work, (and to make a pilgrimage to the Self Realization temples and ashrams). You've been practicing long enough to know that sometimes we fall in and out of sync with it. You're all over it. Get back on track and get your Enso On.
Peace brother, and thanks for all you do.

Glad to hear that about my WDS class, KC. And good news about checking out Eric's work. His free eBook "50 Ways to Leave Your Karma" is great and I also took his "Healing Family Karma" course, which is a work in progress for me!
Definitely let me know if you're ever out this way! And keep in touch…
Wonderful vid, Kris. I love the clarity and centeredness about you – you project an inspiringly serene presence. And thanks for the shout out – I have much to learn and am happy that you are my teacher.
Oh, I actually tutor at least 17 Karen's…. Kidding, my pleasure. You were top of mind as I made this, but as I said at least 40-50 people between both conferences last week brought this up in conversation. I honestly believe it's a symptom of the new broad consciousness that's moving into position. People are quickly realizing they need to have a better understanding of how to access the deeper, calmer side of themselves.
As we've discussed the biggest obstacle is the mind itself, and that pesky CLOCK ticking everywhere we go.
So grateful for your friendship and mentor-ship KW. I'm just trying to earn my seat in your class. Anything I can do to help create more space in your life is my pleasure.

I’m adding meditation to my list of changes for 2013. I’m slowly soaking in bits and pieces of the web site, the advice, and what the whole EPIC life has to offer.
Thank YOU!

This is really great, KC. Thank you for sharing.
